Mummy gets a lot of packages in the post. It’s a long-standing eyeroll factor that anything that looks vaguely interesting coming through our door is destined for us, but has her name on it, so we’re not allowed to touch. But when a package bearing the Batman Logo pitched up whilst she was away at BritMums Live we couldn’t resist.
Batman and Robin return in LEGO® Batman™ 2: DC Super Heroes, the highly-anticipated sequel to the best-selling LEGO® videogame of all time, which to date has sold more than 11 million units worldwide. You can play individually, but the best results come from playing as a Dynamic Duo, using teamwork to stop Lex Luthor and the Joker from destroying Gotham City. As you progress through the levels you are joined by Superman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern.With awsome Lego graphics we were transfixed, and quickly got to grips with the mechanics of the game.
Daddy declared it too hard and left us to it, but once Mummy got home and took over, the Gotham City immersion programme really began! You can see here how fanatical we all became:
So beware – this is a game which could very easily swallow up an entire family for at least…
well, let’s just say we haven’t seen the light of day yet!
